Former student Salvador Ramos killed 19 children – all between nine and 11 years old – and two teachers at Robb Elementary School, Uvalde, TX on 24 May 2022.
Officers, including former chief Pedro Arredondo, waited 77 minutes to confront the 18-year-old.
Arredondo has now been booked and released from jail after a grand jury indicted him on 10 counts of child endangerment.
